BECIL has identified several international sectoral hubs, which need a regular flow of sector
specific skilled manpower. Many entities in these hubs have been engaging with BECIL for seeking
manpower from India.
Some of the aspects of this program are:
- Customized training program instituted by a particular international entity seeking
job-ready manpower from India
- BECIL customizes the content closely associating with this
international entity/hiring entity
- Visiting faculty deployed by the international entity to ensure
preparedness of these candidate when they enter the workplace after finishing their
training
- Language modules incorporated in the training program wherever
needed
- Strong filtering process for candidate selection, prepared in
association with the international corporate
- Many training programs fully sponsored by the international hiring
entity
These international program opportunities are provided to empaneled training partners basis
